What is bowafishtech?

Bowafishtech makes the web feel, work, and in essence, be better. Our history in creating and curating personal webpage layouts and experience in front-end web development has been felt by over thousands— and we're just getting started.

Bowafishtech was established in December of 2007. We were into the MySpace fad, and published a profile layout on CreateBlog. And eventually then one layout after another, we made this website as a place where we could publish our Myspace layouts for the world to see. Since the demise of MySpace, we’ve expanded to other parts of the web.

• BetterGaia, our browser addon that redesigns Gaia Online, has over 3 thousand users daily since debuting in the summer of 2008.

• Our last redesign took place in 2010. Before that, we've went through numerous redesigns and evolutions, including two logo rebrandings.

  

• We started off making MySpace layouts during the profile page design boom. Before the advent of Facebook, our 26 layouts in total made over 6 hundred thousand page views, and launched us into the fame of the world wide web.
